June 22nd, “China-Africa Production Capacity Cooperation: China-Ghana
Trade & Investment Forum” was held by China Council for the
Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) in Beijing. Visiting Vice
President of Ghana Mahamudu Bawumia addressed the forum. General manager
of CBMIE Chen Yongxin attended and addressed the forum on behalf of
Mr. Chen Yongxin presented CNBM’s internationalization business strategy and operation principle in “global purchase, sale, service, and operation”. He introduced CNBM’s achievements in Africa especially Ghana in recent years. He also expressed enthusiasm of Chinese entrepreneurs in construction, service, and development in Africa. He also highlighted that Ghana is an important country in West Africa, which has a significant role in boosting “One Belt, One Road” regions and CNBM’s overseas development.
Mr. Chen Yongxin had a pre-forum discussion with Mahamudu Bawumia(Vice President of Ghana), Jiang Zengwei (CCPIT Chairman), Sun Baohong (China’s Ambassador to Ghana), and Edward Boateng (Ghana’s Ambassador to China) about mutual benefit, trade and investment, and China-Africa production capacity cooperation.
CCPIT Chairman Jiang Zengwei, Sun Baohong, Ghana’s Ambassador Edward Boateng and delegates of Ghanaian government, general manager of CNBM General Machinery Co.,Ltd Gao Jianhua, and more than 400 delegates from Chinese and Ghanaian companies participated in the forum.
